I do not believe that they have released tickets yet or set a date for their release. Last I saw, FIFA was still in the process of bidding who would run the ticketing process (bids were due October 1st). For now, best place to check to see when they will be released and the procedure for getting them will be www.fifa.com. I assume they will be setting up the separate website for world cup 2010 soon, but they have not done so yet.
