7n-10-9n=-13
....+10......+10
7n-9n=-3
-2n=-3
/-2.../-2
n=3/2 or 1.5

First add 10 to both sides. Then combine like terms (7n-9n) You get -2n=-3. Divide by -2 on both sides..-3/-2=3/2. So n=3/2 or n=1.5. Hope this helps =]
