Are you kidding. That would ruin his legacy. Here's the future;
A democrat will be elected president in 08. All the problems in this country will start to fade away. Pockets of peace will begin to emerge around the globe.
This, of course, will not be the doing of the Democratic president. It will be lauded as the result of Bush's policies. We will go along with 8 years of peace and prosperity, all because of Bush. In the fading months of the next presidents term, some tiny problem will arise. That problem will be taken as that president's screwing up of Bush's 8 years of peace and prosperity.
As a result, a Republican will get elected and spend the next 8 years fixing the tiny problem left to him, or her, in an ever downward spiral of hardtimes and strife.
It's an endless cycle.

Oh yea Gays are far worse than soldiers dying in Iraq . We can find money to pay for war on oil ( I mean terror) ( I am terrified of what the white house will do next ) Should they declare war on themselves ? They are terrorizing this country worse than Saddam did ! . But we cant help seniors children and ill Americans with their health . We must have priority's like giving big business and wealthy people tax breaks so we cant pay the deficit . Now that is a Presidential legacy .. $ more years of King George we should learn to speak an Asian language .

Sure, why not?? I mean, I don't mind paying $3 a gallon for gas while Big Oil makes record profits, losing my home to foreclosure, spending billions in our tax $$ to fund a war that has accomplished anything other than killing our soldiers, not having health care for children...I don't mind the fact that the Bush administration has turned its back on its own people!!! Sure, 4 more years sounds great to me...heck make it 8 more years...maybe by then he'll put America first!!! Seriously..............George isn't that smart!

He doesn't have to run again. Via the Patriot Act he can declare a national emergency suspend elections and implement martial law until he sees fit as the crisis has passed. Constitution doesn't even have to be changed.

No need -- if Bush wants to run again, it would be for the purpose of fulling becoming The Decider (meaning, dictator) -- and the rest of the Constitution would be thrown out anyway.

So, there is no need to change it -- because that implies that it matters to Bush at all in the first place.

ooohhhh....ingenious JGF. That way we Democrats will have an even easier time of winning the next Presidential election. Practically force the Republicans to run Bush again ! That's one of the things I like about you, you're ALWAYS thinking.

He has abandoned our troops in Iraq.

Of course. He even spared us the burden of spending $500 billion on domestic issues or the deficit.
