I find the man hot by the way he holds himself - his demeanor... at first look, I would say it would not be a turn on or off. For me, it "hot" is in the person.
And for me, personality (not a player, not someone who thinks they are the s#$@ and someone who is not a player) is what's hot.
An adam's apple is nothing more than appearance issues. A girl/woman should be interested in more than just that.

I really dont think it matters..haha! I highly doubt the first thing I would check out on a guy is his adams apple. I wouldn't care big or small..as long as he has one..

hhhahahaahah no but in like 6th grade there waz this guy who came and talked to to our class and he had the biggest adam's apple in the unierse and when he talked it went up and down and then he swallowed and it went WAYYYY UP AND THEN WAYYYY DOWN IT WAZ HILLARIOUS!!!!
