it says in 07/2006 - 12/2007 i did not pay 30 tolls that were 60 cents each. i just received a letter that says i have to pay 750 dollars now. is there a way to beat this? i know they have my license plate but i had an IPass

of course, you'll also have to prove you actually paid the IPass from time to time.

if, for example, the credit card you used with the IPass didn't work for those five to six months -- you may be SOL.

You should be able to get records from Ipass. Take them to court with you.

just bring in proof of your ipass it should be dismissed.
