If you are asking can it run it at all, the best I can say is maybe. If the game truly does require DirectX 9.0c, you will have a problem since yours can only support 9.0b. In addition, it requires a 2.8Ghz not 1.8Ghz like the last person said. So the best I can say is maybe.

Now if you are asking can it run well, that is very easy, NO WAY. That is not nearly enough power to get good performance out of the game, the best you can hope for is to get it to run on the lowest settings, and even that is questionable.

I would have to say yes. EA has always done a great job with their programs allowing them to run on less than required hardware. I have a "work" machine that only has 128mb of video and it currently will run MOA: Airborne, NFS:Carbon & ETQW rather nicely.
