as an ex-resident of the Phoenix area, I know there are many school districts and thus high schools.

were I going to choose where to live there based on choosing the schooling for this child, I'd search the local University's College of Education [Arizona State University -- two campuses] and email the Chair of their Special Education department, asking him/her your question. [Try Grand Canyon college, too.]

Email enough of the Sp. Ed. professors and maybe you'll get an opinion from one of them. Their campus telephone numbers are probably also available -- and professors aren't know for actually being in their office at some random time [try during office hours if they have them posted].
