The other answer thinks those bottles of expensive gunk work like ten thousand nanomechanics inside your engine giving it new pistons and rod bearings and it will even un warp heat dammaged Cyl heads. You will be lucky if the engine escaped dammage just water and oil levels put a new belt on and idler pulley it start the engine. If it runs and drives does not loose coolant leak out oil fron a overheated head gasket. Also does it restart from cold or liquid lock from water inside the cyl. See if it is worth changing the oil and adding dexcool antifreeze. How many months was the idler making noise?
