Haha, good question.
For me it's a debate between health problems and my finances. I'm a bum financially :) and I have too many health problems. Many people tend to look down on me for past health problems.
My sex life, however, I'm very open about.. I could care less about who knows about it. So I'd have to say my health problems are the most personal.

I would say my personal health problems, my friends and family knows almost all about my sex life, and finances (how much I make how much I spend and how much I have etc) but some how the health problems are always to myself, I guess I've never think about it but I guess I didn't like to share those information...I guess

Good question! Luckily I have no health problems that I know of. I don't think I would be too bothered by talking about health problems if I had them, though.
I do think my sex life and finances are about equally on a need-to-know basis. It's a tossup between those two.

Which is more personal...humm...
My health and how I am feeling influences my sex life. Because of my health, I am only able to work 1/2 days so it also has an influence on my finances.
My health is an everyday issue. It dictates what I can and can not do. Yep, health is more personal to me than the others.

For me health problems and sex problems are one and the same. Because of prostate cancer treatment I am now a chemically induced castrate. Next to this finances fade into insignificances.

I am least likely to speak openly about my finances - you can assume what you want to according to where I live, what I drive, etc.; second least likely is my sex life. My sexuality is something I never hide, but intimate details are no one's business.
I'm always pissing and moaning about my health issues, so that's pretty much an open book!

My finances. I discuss my health issues with my shrink, my sex life with my friends online (and to a lesser extent with my friends in real life), but my finances are between me and my partner and no one else.

Health problems
Finances: My jalopy belies any assumptions of great wealth.
Sex life: I'm an open, blank book.
Health problems: They're not really visible from the outside, so not too many people know, but I'll talk about them if asked.

They are all very personal to me and shared minimally on a need to know basis. Even for my partner, I try to be an open book - but some of the pages stick together

I'd say health problems.
I'm not too fussed about people finding out about my finances.
And im actually flattered that people will take an interest in my Sex Life.
It show's they care... ;)
