Tell him to get real. What a chancer. how dare he impose conditions on you, he is the one who has been cheating?
He is trying to pull a fast one here. Stand up for yourself, tell him these are not conditions that you will agree to. He is not in a position to negotiate, you hold all the cards.
Fine, let him keep his job; YOU impose the conditions - like forget the texting, pal.
Best advice I can give you is NOT to take him back; at least not yet. Hold out, make him earn your respect and love again, and then, MAYBE, you might consider.

NO NO NO NO NO!
Don't do it. I know you probably want him back but he will only bring you more pain. if you get back with him how can you be sure that he won't go off again for another cheap thrill? judging but what you've said is he the right man for you? he doesnt sound loyal respectful or honest. SHE ended the relationship remember? so he probably wants to get back with her. i don't think you should get back but at the end of the day, its your choice. best wishes

Why the hell would you even consider this. You feel that he is the best you can do? If so, you need some help. He has proven unworthy of your love. Dont let yourself believe his actions are due to you. Move on, get some therapy and take care of yourself.

I cant believe you need to ask for advice for this one! Its awful whats happened to you, did you want to go through it all over again, him with another woman. He taking the mick out of you. You need to be a bit proud and tell him to shove off!
He should be grovelling to you if he wants you back and not dictating ANYTHING! Cheeky so and so!!!!

Happened to me too. Not only did he agree to quit his job, we abandoned our house and life and moved to another state. (Now I wish I had my house back instead.) Don't agree to it. They will get together again, especially because she was the one who ended it.

His new relationship didn't last long, did it? I wouldn't advise you to go back with him even if he did quit his job and find another one. He'd just find another girl there. He's gone. You're lucky.
Move on without him!

Don't do it. Would he want you back if she hadn't ended it? I think he's just not getting his end away and thinks you are gullible enough to be emotionally blackmailed into giving him what he needs between girlfriends.

NO GOOD. Sounds like you are his transitional girlfriend. He'll just sleep with you until someone better comes along.
