If I go anywhere today, it's across the street to the supermarket for snacks for the football game - kickoff at 12:30 PM PDST. Oh yeah, and to the Home Depot for some scrap plywood pieces for seat bottoms for to fix some chairs, a router for making a new tabletop, and some laminate for laminating a new tabletop for a friend who has no furniture.
Why should I lie about that?

I don't know if you have heard Newcastle Brown Ale being called 'dog' as in 'A bottle of Dog please' but it's said that the nickname comes from men saying 'going to see a man about a dog' when they were going down the pub.
