tucking in the flat sheet, or do you just neatly layer the blankets on the bed?

I make my bed when I put new sheets on and if I'm going to havecompany. Otherwise, I feel like it's a waste of time.

I would have said heck no. I haven't made my bed in years, because the second I do, somebody other than myself will pile up in the middle of it, so why bother? But I just recently discovered that my new little dog (not a puppy) will not get on my bed if she perceives it to be made. When I strip the sheets off to wash, she thinks it's made up and won't get on it then either. I like that, so I make up my bed now. Fitted sheet on bottom, top sheet tucked in at foot of bed, comforter tossed & straightened over top.

1. Up off the bed, hug all the puppy doggies and kitty
2. Pull up the flat sheet til straight
3. Pull up the Comforter til straight
4. Put bed pillows on bed leaning against head board tilted
5. Put extra matching throw.afghan across the end of the bed folded ..
6. Toss on the throw pillows
Now that my bed is neat and straight..Life seems to be neat and organized for the day..til i return.. 8-).

New, fresh sheets (yum) get the full treatment. daily, just pull sheets and comforter (down!) up.
Fun thing: Make the bed while you are still in it. Legs and feet smooth the sheets, fluff with hands and pull up. Fold back the corner to exit bed. Unfold once out. Bed made. Yawn, stretch, I love Egyptian cotton 660's.

I make my bed every day, but on the day I put new sheets on I tuck every thing and then it stays neat all I have to do is straighten. I love everything neat and in order.

I dont make my bed everyday
Only when I can be bothered or my mum wants me to
If I did I would tuck in the sheets and blankets and then layer the duvet over

i pull the sheet up and fold the blankets on top fo the bed, that way it is ready for us when bedtime comes around...
