Adrianna. I love the name Anna (my name) and if you're going to use it in a different name, it should be spelled the same. But, if you want it to be pronounced Ay-dree- onna, spell it with one "N" because that would be the correct way to spell it pronounced "ON-A" Some names like Audriana, Briana, Liliana, and Eliana sound better with the "Onna" pronounciation. I personaly like Ay- dree anna better than Ay-dree-onna

it depends on how you want it pronounced
Adriana would be pronounced "ay-dree-ahna"
Adrianna would be "ay-dree-anna"

Depends. Do YOU prefer the pronunciation ahd-ree-AHN-a/ayd-ree-AHN-a or ahd-ree-ANN-a/ayd-ree-ANN-a? Because unless you happen to be Polish, they are said differently. ;)
Adriana, with the softer ahd-ree-AHN-a pronunciation, is my personal preference, but it really depends on which you're going for.
