Part two . I am just here to tell you I got a Violation for writing Part one, I thought a wee poem was not doing any harm so sorry about that.

Racism is ok...intolerance is ok...rude sex comments are ok...and outright attacking and targeting other members is ok. But don't dare welcome someone back, share some wit, or simply say hello, how are you! Go figure.

The more I read about this violation stuff, the more annoyed I become--with the situation, not with any of you. Mercy. As far as I know, if I choose to show the world what a dork I am by what I say, I still have that right. And a poem? Saying welcome? I suppose they are just too intellectual or too nice for the violation committee to comprehend.

Hey guess what I don't care about the 1st amendment (I will if I visit the United States again, I will take it under consideration) But here in the United Kingdom its just a fine piece of legislation in a foreign land. Will I get a violation for saying that?

It's too bad you won't get to share part 2, but you have nothing to be sorry about. I love poetry and our senior site here, it's a shame we can't be kind and share things with one another without getting a violation. Seems like the hateful things never get taken off though.

Aww its a shame when nice posts are violated, especially when there are so many that abuse and bully other members of the site.
Have you tried to appeal against the decision?

Whoa stop this all here. We have freedom of choice and of speech. I don't see anything thing wrong in your poem and you have every right to say as you please. I don't understand this. Violations for asking someone how are you or welcome back is just plain stupid and no one has the right to be this stupid and petty!! I am saying to you 2 you both Thank- you for this information which I did not even know about. I thought that this was our areas to speak freely?!! You have no reason to say your sorry as no one has the right to violate anyone for this juvenile behavior!!!

this is 1 reason i very seldom ask questions you never know when they are going to penalize you i have become so leary that i for the most part just answer instead ;-) (((bbh)))
