I've noticed not only my toenails, but practically everyone else I met (I compare myself to others a lot =/) had like, fingernails that looked like pink and healthy then their toenails don't look as healthy as fingernails, but I'm guessing toenails just look like that.
Are all toenails like that?

From what I've seen. That and most people pay more attention to their hands since you see them more.

The pinkness comes from blood under the nail.
Just because the toe nail is not as pink doesn't mean it's unhealthy. It could still have good circulation. Also if you;re standing on the feet while looking at the toes, they will be less pink because you are putting pressure on the toes and foot, it;s like squeezing your finger nail and watching it turn from white to pink again. Hope this made sense.

THE COLOR OF THE NAILS IS INDICATIVE OF THE BLOOD FLOW TO THEM. THE HANDS ARE NORMALLY WARMER THAN THE FEET AND SHOW THE PINKISH COLOR OF BLOOD IN THE NAILS.SO IN EFFECT I'D SAY YES TO YOUR QUESTION.
