pesimist or optimist?

I am definitely. an optimist.
I want to see good in everything
and I believe that everything
happens for a reason.
The glass is always half full.
I do not think that "doom and gloom"
is good for ones morale.
It causes stress,
which ends up as headaches.
When you get up in the morning
and it is rainy outside,
don't put on that drab old shirt,
dig deep into the recesses of your closet
& find a bright shirt,
it will make you feel better.
If Y/A deletes your question,
just assume someone is having a bad day,
don't let it get you down,
find a way to relieve the tention.
Take a lesson from Eddie Murphy,
make light of the situation.
I know you feel like "warmed over death",
but maybe death was just having a bad day.
Develop a weird sense of humor,
this will keep the "blues" away.

depends on the day really... just like the song by paramore...for a pesimist, i'm pretty optimistic.

Always an optimist. If I do have negative moments, they are usually fleeting because I deliberately replace negative thoughts with positive ones. It works wonders. However, I used to be rather negative.

Well I try to be a optimist but sometimes pessimistic thoughts come up in my head

i am a very optimistic person...i try to find the good in most things..im a realist too, but i dont complain abt every freaking thing..lol
