The Chicken Soup that I make.... MYSELF!
I Skin and Cut in Pieces..... An Entire Chicken.... and Cook Down.... OVERNIGHT.... with Spices and Vegetables...!
I cut up and into All the Chicken Pieces so that IT Leaches... out the Flavor and Goodness!
I Strain.... all..... and then Remove the Broth.... back into the Pot!
Then.... I take some.... Shells.... or Other Pasta.... and COOK IT IN THE SOUP! [ do not boil separate and then add ]
I cool it... and then Refrigerate Overnight!
The PASTA.... adsorbs... The Flavor and Spices.... and Reheated is Wonderful to Eat! I serve it with Hot Fresh Bread!

When it comes to canned soup- I love Minestrone, Chicken w/ Rice & Cream of Chicken.
When it's home-made: I love fish soup, chicken w/ veggies & lentil soup.

My grandma's homemade vegetable soup. She makes it just a little bit spicy to give it that extra warm kick during the winter. My mouth is watering just thinking about it.
