No, that's impossible, reason being that in order to know everything about something, you'd also have to know opinions. And more and more people have opinions on something new and more new everyday, every hour, every minute rather.

no....never.....there is always something more to learn no matter how good you think you are........in order to know/learn everything......you would have to be perfect......and no one is perfect.....
