is it leagal for someone over the age of 18 do make a minor do stuff they they don;t wanna do or go places they don't wanna go???

Probably not unless its your parents. Thats what they're supposed to do.

Parents, legal guardians, care givers, day care providers. Pretty much anyone authorized by the parents or guardians.

Add to that, people in recognized positions of authority, like police officers, school administration and staff, etc.

The only exceptions would be if they asked (or forced) the minor to do something specifically illegal.

Yes....when you take someone somewhere they dont want to go....its called KIDNAPPING.
