I would consider that a compliment. I do not think that is stupid or that meant she particularly like you. She liked your eyebrows and was humble enough to comliment you.

I was always oblivious to guys who liked me. If they ever liked me, they never told me a reason. I once overheard a guy calling me "sexy", and it made me so uncomfortable! lol
