Yes you could be pregnant, or it could be something else. I have never read before about nosebleeds occurring because of pregnancy but i could be wrong . First response is a pretty good pregnancy test so ive read. According to there site your suppose to to be able to take the test at the earliest 5 days before the missed period. That means if you had your period starting on september 29, then a month after that you would be able to take less responsive tests, but this test lets you take it at the most 5 days before your missed period which is october 24th. In four days you should be able to, but you might want to wait a day or two longer just in case. If those symptoms continue, and you get your results as a negitive you should tell a docter.

Hi! Well, the question would be if you have been using some sort of birth control method. If not, you could be pregnant. I am assuming you didn't due to your worries. A woman ovulates approximately between 10-14 days after the first day of her period. I have been told by nurses that you can take a pregnancy test even the next day after having sex and that it could be accurate. But I still think it is best to wait a little while (maybe a week) before trying it.
Also, there are all kinds of flus and viruses going around (I have one right now actually) which can cause all the symptoms you are describing. And the mood swings, well, I don't think that is anything to be concerned about, because when I woman first gets pregnant, she doesn't get mood swings. That happens a little later on. Maybe you are just really worried and overconcerned, and I totally understand. I would recommend just taking it easy, taking good care of yourself, trying to be relaxed and not panicing.
Take care, and good luck! :o)

There is a very small chance if you had sexual intercourse without use of a contraceptive. Doing the maths, the only sexual intercourse which could have resulted in pregnancy would be the 10th and that's only if you had unprotected sex. If you want to take the test, do it after you are sure you missed your next period (ie November) It is morte than likely that you are just a little bit ill. If you live in the UK there is a bug going around that can make you feel like this. The first response test can pick up pregnancy (apparently) up to 7 days pre-missed period. But wait until the 30th to be sure.

Alright well, first off -- stress can mimick pregnancy symptoms, or even hoping to be pregnant can mimick them.
But you are showing classic pregnancy symptoms.
You very well might be pregnant, I can't say yes or no because I'm not your body :).

But wait until you miss your period to test (I usually don't do the 5 day before period testing because its not always accurate anyhow).

If that shows negative, wait another week and test again (unless your period starts), and if THAT shows negative, and you still feel funny, go see your doctor for a blood test.

A lot of women who are pregnant do get false negatives on pregnancy tests, no idea why really.

But good luck on however you want this to turn out!

Most of the tests are not accurate until the first day of your missed period. All of the signs and symptoms you mentioned can be subjective signs of pregnancy, but are not exclusive to pregnancy. The best indication is a missed period AND a positive test combined. If that happens, see a doctor to have the pregnancy confirmed with blood tests.

It is a good test but you see the average woman does not ovulate until 2 weeks after her period ended. So there is a chance but for the nose bleeds and everyhing that is not normal and you should probly get that checked out by a doctor and while your at it they can give you a pregnancy test also.

u should take a test 5 days before ur cycle ends.(ur period is suppose to begin).
first response is a really good test.
by the way i took a test 8 days before my cycle ended and it gave me positive even that soon. so if u r really worried try that too. and yeah, the preg tests u buy at dollar stores r just as fine so if u wanna take them everyday until u get ur period.
i wish u good luck.

That's a very good test. It's been right with me every time, and yes - you very well could be, esp. if you are not using any protection.
I've not heard of nose bleeds being a sign of pregnancy though, and that concerns me.
I don't know how often these nose bleeds are coming but that could be something serious, so I would see a physician if they are frequent.

Whether you are pregnant or not....you should probably go to a Dr. just to get checked out. It's possible there could be something else wrong with you. Esp. if you are having nosebleeds! Get to a clinic soon.
