u have not noticed waht's the error. But it'll be fine if u format u'r C drive and install Windows again. To do this pls contact with experts

i think of the guy has blocked somebody from commenting on it... or it wont paintings once you click on the element. The Yellow triangle with and exclamation mark is something that doesnt permit you do because of the fact of even if the creater did to it or purely one thing you cant do.

Do a system recovery, when you boot your computer press F10. Don't forget to backup your personnal files first.
