Assuming you are in the US, the legal description of your property defines a wedge continuing in a ever decreasing angle to the center of the earth, and an ever increasing angle upwards into outer space. Under US law, property owners are required to allow unrestricted airspace access to any vehicle under the jurisdiction of the FAA, the US military, or the US government. While you technically have the right to deny foreign governments access to the area above your home for satellites or space vehicles, it is unlikely you could enforce it without either causing an international incident or making a fool of yourself!

You do own the space above your house (to some extent). You can't tell the FAA not to fly planes over your house. However, if for example, your neighbor's tree branches are hanging over your property line you do have the right to have those branches cut off at the property line.

No, you do not own such space above your plot of land to the level of infinity. Numerous courts have held that you have the right of 'reasonable use' of air space over your property, but that such use does not extend to infinity. (Were that the case, the airlines would have to obtain permits from nearly every landowner on the planet in order to fly their planes through "your space".

In residential areas not much. Every town may be a little different but there are usually restrictions that will vary depending on zoning laws. Check with your local building commission

you do "own" the air space above ur house to a small extent.
example ur neighbors trees hang over ur property line and can cause damages to physical property (barn, garage, shed ,house). u can cut the parts of trees over ur property line when u give notice to neighbor . u do not own the 'air space' over ur property nor do u own the vistas from ur property.
