I agree with Patti in that you should never let your job define you. Find something you enjoy out of work. I know it can be stressful when work collegues are making things difficult but that will always happen so you will need to find a way to cope with it without getting angry. Even if you don't express your anger, the feeling gets in the way of you being able to do your work and as you said, there are then mistakes. I know because I was in a similar situation. I have now left the job and I'm happy with what I am doing. I realise you may not be able to leave which means you will have to change yourself to be able to manage your work because you won't ever be able to change others. My suggestion to you would be to key in, "The Secret by Rhonda Byrne into a search engine. It has many positive messages and you can get the CDs, book and DVD, join the web site if you want to and believe me, it does help. It works on the law of attraction. What you think is what you bring to you. Once you start thinking and believing something positive, postive things start happening. But your really have to believe it. Try it yourself. Tell yourself over the weekend or whenever you get a bit of a break from work, that you are going to have a really good day, people will be nice and everything will run smoothly or whatever you want to tell yourself. If anything bad does start to happen or if your thoughts become negative again, just tell yourself positive thoughts again. Don't think things like, No-one will give me trouble. It is better to think, Everyone will be nice and helpful. The other thought is still half negative. You want totally positive thoughts. Good luck.

Try to do the best you can. I have a question: You are inferior to who? What does inferior and superior mean? Why do we create these artificial boundaries, to make ourselves feel bad? Everyone is talented in one way or another. Try to find what your talent is and apply yourself. No one is perfect and it takes time to develop expertise, but you have to develop it, not sit back and think how no one sees it. And don't get mad, learn to be better and be better. It takes practice. No one can do it for you.

Kindness in words creates confidence. Kindness in thinking creates profoundness. Kindness in giving creates love. - Lao Tzu

You need to minimize the critics in your life and find a group of kind warm people to surround yourself with, then your confidence will grow.
I wish you the best.
