When can a land lord start doing repairs and making a bunch of banging & noise , i live in NJ.My landlord & i do not get along so he just does these things to piss me off, intentionally

During what is considered a typical business work day. In my area, one can start at 7:00 AM, since that is when most trades people begin their work day. Do bear in mind that most repair jobs are NOT quiet. This is part of normal activity.

Right, he's making all these repairs to HIS property to piss you off. Give me a break. All he would have to do if you really dont like each other and get along is evict your butt. It would be real easy for him to do that.
He can legally do his repairs from 7AM to 8PM. If the repairs are outside your apartment, he doesnt have to give you any notice. If they are in your apt, he has to give 24 hour notice.
If you are so unhappy there, why are you STILL there?

Right to quiet enjoyment has nothing to do with noise...It has to do with other people laying claims on the property and making you move....WOW...no legal standing at all.

check your city ordinances for your local municipality. Should be there and if he's in violation report him anonymously to the city or police.

I'd say 8AM and it would be nice of him to let you know he was coming.
