Why do people want to..?

Take my piggy bank & act like it is there's! It is mine it has my name tag on it Eduardo!!!!

Most probably think they can do better with the money than you can -- that's the nature of parental-style leadership.

The difference is whether they are paternalistic -- wanting to take your money and invest if for your own good -- or maternalistic -- wanting to take your money and buy you something nice.

Personally, I agree -- stop taking my money and let me do what I want with it.
