Where is better to live in your opinion? I want a Simi-"southern" culture, I like rain, and want job opertunities

Yeah, it's a semi southern culture here...not a hardcore one, though you'll see the occasional redneck, but that won't hurt....rain, you'll get .....and job opportunities, here
