That doesn't sound dangerously low to me. If it gets worse, you will know because of how you are feeling - worse.

What is Bomazepam for??

As long as you aren't symptomatic - feeling dizzy with activity, feeling nauseated and cold and clammy - then you're fine. Those pressures are low, but not outrageously low. Whether your pressure is TOO low is based on how you are feeling, because everyone has a different baseline pressure and some people just naturally can tolerate lower pressures.

Just curious, but why do you need to take bromazepam? Are you having anxiety issues? I wouldn't take it regularly unless you really really need it. This medication CAN cause your blood pressure to go even lower.

You should read "The Blood Pressure Solution" (also available in electronic format, watch the video presentation here: http://www.fixbloodpressure.com ) It's a very comprehensive step-by-step book that walks you through the natural remedies of high blood pressure. It provides you with a lot of information on what foods to eat, how you can acquire and prepare these foods, how you can change your lifestyle for the better, how to eliminate the toxins from your body, how to reduce stress, how you can check your blood pressure level the correct way etc.

The book is amazing in that it not only lowers your blood pressure without the help of medications; it also aids you in having a life that is healthy, happier, and less stressful. This book chanced my life.

I know high blood pressure is dangerous but low blood pressure will probably only make you dizzy when you stand up from sitting or lying. Follow your doctor's advice and take it easy. You don't want to pass out and fall on something. That would be dangerous. Don't stress out and you'll be fine.

I've always had low blood pressure, even during both of my pregnancies. 100/70 is really high for me. In my experience, standing up slow, drinking lotsa water, eating small snacks, and walking semmed to help. Good luck and congratulations.

I am pretty much the same.

Drink lots of water and put your feet up. Low BP is not dangerous from what I know.

Hope you feel better soon
