There are not all that much differences. The kingdom of Judea (actually it was the tribe of Judea and the tribe of Benjamin) did not agree with how the king of Israel was running the country (religious wise) and they seperated so when the Israelites were in captivity it was 10 tribes that had gone against God

You might wanna double check this, but I THINK they're different, because they come from different tribes. So, when Abraham and Isaac and Jacob all had tonnes of kids, they became the 12 tribes of Israel - all named after Jacob's kids.
Jacob later became known as Israel (God was into changing people's names to indicate a change in their hearts and actions).
So, Jacob, aka Israel, had 12 sons (think Joseph and his dreamcoat), and they went on to form the Tribes of Israel - collectively known as the nation of Israel - or the Jews.
BUT, somewhere along the line, 10 tribes went one way, under one king, and 2 tribes differed and went another way under another King. The end result was that one side ended up in exile, but the other didn't. One side - lets say the one made up of the 10 tribes was called the Tribe (or Kingdom) of Israel, and the other was called the Tribe (or Kingdom) of Judah.
So, if you're looking for the difference between Israel and JUDAH, I think that's it. If you're looking for the Judea, Samaria, and all nations differences, it's just a geography issue - like the difference between Anaheim, LA and America.
I know that's not very clear, but it's the best I can do!

THE KINGDOM OF JUDAH AS THE NAME IMPLIES CONSISTED OF THE DESCENDANTS OF JUDAH, A SON OF JACOB. THE KINGDOM OF ISRAEL CONSISTED OF THE DESCENDANTS OF THE OTHER SONS OF JACOB WHICH INCLUDED THE SONS OF JOSEPH THE DESCENDANTS OF ONE OF JOSEPHS SONS HAD BEEN ABSORBED BY ANOTHER TRIBE THUS THERE WERE 10 TRIBES IN ISRAEL. ISRAEL WAS THE FIRST TO BE CONQUERED AND CARRIED AWAY. THEY WERE ABSORBED BY OTHER NATIONS AND DISAPPEARED FROM THE EARTH. THEY WERE SEPARATED BECAUSE SOLOMAN DISOBEYED GOD AND WORSHIPED IDOLS. BECAUSE OF GODS PROMISE TO KING DAVID THAT A DESCENDENT OF HIS WOULD ALWAYS SIT ON HIS THRONE HE WAS LEFT WITH THE TRIBE OF JUDAH. AS TO SAMARIA IT WAS A BUFFER ZONE BETWEEN THE TWO KINGDOMS FOR A WHILE AND CONSISTED OF A NATIVE TRIBE AND JEWISH CROSS AND WERE KNOWN TO THE JEWS AS DOGS.
