The way I would stop terrorism is actually mind your own business and get out of the middle east. Terrorism in North America only started after 1949 with the allaince with Israel and over throwing Irans government to steal their oil in 53.
The money saved on foreign issues and ending the war could solve most issues at home.

terrorism....i would get us out of iraq. call a summit of the world leaders and discuss the best way to combat terrorism together...lastly, i would appoint bill clinton and jimmy carter as envoys to the poorest nations to come up with the best solutions to end poverty. i would seek nelson mandela's help.

I would close the borders. That would stop new terrorists from coming in, and it would stop illegals who are driving wages down. That way unemployed Americans could get jobs that they will be able to live on, and poverty decrease.
