I love it! It is a beautiful name and a beautiful season. I think of the lovely colors of the autumn leaves and the beauty of this particular season; with the crisp fall air, the time when people begin to look forward to apple pie and pumpkin carving; then Thanksgiving, when families spend time together. Can you tell how much I love it? It would be a great name for a little girl who is born at this time of year.

If I had any control, I would say only name a child born in the Fall, Autumn. Or if there is a family member already named Autumn,.. be prepared to say they are named after them.
Otherwise it gets annoying for people and the child to deal with that situation. The assumption. The confusion as the child finds out about the season and it's span. It gets tiresome for ordinary people and the kid.
There is always the " You were born early" or "You were born late" that works out though. But only if it is true.
I find it odd you are asking o.0 If you aren't confident or if you can't imagain yourself saying it in every tone of voice posible,.. then maybe you should keep brain storming. It's a good test to try or imagain yelling a name out loud to call someone. If you can't handle it or the name gets worn out just from you writeing it and thinking it,.. then it's probably not a name you have confidence in.

I think that it's a great name!
My daughter is 12, and we have only met one girl with that name. Really a plus in my books. All the Emma's and Brianna's will be known all 12 years in school as Emma B and Brianna N. And who wants to go to school with six other girls with the same name as you?
I love the name Greenlee...but you will NEVER find any thing with her name on it in the gift shops.

I think it is a beautiful season and name. It is the time of year when the leaves start changing into the colors of fall, when kids start looking forward to the crisp fall air, football, carving pumpkins and of corse trick-or-treating. Then comes thanksgiving where all your family members come together to have a big dinner with turkey, mashed potatos and pumpkin pie. As you can tell I love the season and it would be a great name for a baby that was born in the fall.

There will be a good connection between your baby and all other autumn's when they meet. They will know all the autumn jokes. Then you should change your name for a hundred dollars and name yourself spring. You's will match!

It is not a name that you hear very often. I have met a lot of 'Summer's but... not many Autumns.
I don't think that I would ever name my child Autumn but... it is a beautiful name.
