I have a mini rose bush that is very large but has not bloomed in 3 years. It is surrounded by trees.?

Should I move it to get more sun to allow it to bloom?

It is not getting enough sun. Also give it rose fertilizer

You definitely need to give in more sun; many blooming plants, including roses, need a LOT of light to bloom. Enjoy!

Roses need a minimum of 5 hours of sun to be happy.

If your rose is not getting that, then yes, absolutely move it to a sunny spot.
