The english shouldn't be surprised, they are not popular anywhere. Read all the history books and you will see why.
Lots of countries call the english flag The Butcher's Apron because there is so much blood on it.
I am Irish and still waiting for a united ireland so from an irish viewpoint, I and most Irish people will support any country that plays against england as a matter of principle. Over 800 years of oppression and counting so no, we don't forget that easily.
By the way, I know South Africa are not so innocent either.

As for crispy, ooh, I bet every girl would love to marry you, you twit !

Do u seriously think that there is a single person in England that gives a flying f*** about whether or not anyone else supports us ??

We are English for f*** sake .. Everyone hates us ! .. We put our heart and soul into everything we do .. At the start of the World Cup 2007, we we're labeled the worse defending champions EVER ! .. Now look at us .. back in the finals where we belong ! We may be underdogs, but thats just as we like it.

People say they dislike our arrogance when it comes to sports and they way we go on about things but come on .. We try our best everytime and are proud of our country when we win !

Give us a break ffs !

Good Luck Englandddddd x x x (Love u Johnny)

Leading questions like these - are only usually asked here so bigoted english people can jump in and label the other nations in the "union" as jealous, chippy, envious or bitter.

It is frankly pathetic, that some english people insist on being like this..

Have a good day.

Ps) When they run out, try to remember that it is a tudor rose on their chests, and the tudors were actually Welsh.

Mwhahahahahahaha!!!!

Interesting to think that the old stereotype of Ireland being 3rd world is being thrown out again. More millionaires per head of population that anywhere else in Europe. Richer than UK. GNP higher than UK. Healthier than UK. Happier than UK. Better education system than UK.

if that's 3rd world I wonder what world UK is in...5th?
