Do everything in 10s: Take a 10-day break and go for a second honeymoon, give her 10 gifts, have a 10-course dinner, do 10 different things... it's an achievement that merits such a grand celebration. Congratulations!

Hii Pramod!
Really wonderful couple you both i feel. Happy Anniversary. I might not be give an easy idea for making your day more special but i felt like asnwering this as i liked your interest to make your wife happy.
Its really difficult to answer this as i dont know anthng about your wife's tastes. As the years pass by our love , caring attitude seems to wane as our responsibilities pile up. Its a general human tendency. So Sir, make your wife feel she is still a newly wed bride and that your love for her is still fresh like a morning dew. I could suggest one thing, do her the things that you might have not done in these years. Do her the immaterialistic things from which she gets lot of happiness. Express her that your love for her has grown all these years more and more, n will . I feel you can gift the most beuatiful thing by making her realise how important was her being in your life. Love speaks more than anything. The special gift you can gift is nothing but your love not any materialistic things.
Have memorable anniversary.

How wonderful you are searching for ways to "HONOR" your wife and your special 10th anniversary...
Besides the mushy card, dozen red roses, and dinner how about a nite out at a favorite concert..
Does your town have concerts..Do bands like Do-Whop 50's music, Jazz music, or James Taylor , Eric Clapton etc ever perform in your town??
If not a romantic dinner place with a show would be nice also...Like a boat on the river that has the shows....If your town is near one..
The most important part of the even is time together doing what you both enjoy. Together...
Have fun!!!!..

go back to where you met or had your first date, or go on a trip somewhere. Tell her about the time you realized you were madly in love with her, or the first time you saw her across the room and how you felt. We like to hear that kind of thing! Anything she's always wanted, like maybe something from her childhood. Try to get it for her. ask her friends and family if there's anything special on her list.

Something my wife and I did for our 10 year anniversary was we renewed our wedding vows.
But if you can afford to, go to a romantic bed & breakfast out of town, and just spend time together, that or if you can afford it, go to a spa, if they offer a couples massage where you and your wife can get massaged at the same time in the room, I have wanted to do that with my wife, and heard it's quite romantic.
Also just spend time with her, where you can both devote your attention to each other.

Take her on a romantic getaway! Send the children (if you have any) over to grandma's for the weekend and just treat her like your special princess for the entire time and let her know there is no other person in the world you would like to spend your time with than her right now!

ok this is what I did, I went to a very nice resturant talked the to staff about my plan, after dinner they have a desert cart they bring out so I bought a dozen roses had a cake made at a bakery with a heart and our names on it along with our wedding date, and last I bought a small neckless and brought it all back to the resturant and they were more than glad to help me with my plan, later that night we had a very nice dinner talked I told her how lucky I was and she was so happy, than they came out with the desert cart, she had no idea but when they came over with the cake, the roses. and the neckless I got on 1 knee in front of everyone and told her I would merry her all over again and I love her with all my heart. the whole place clapped and cheered. that was 5 years ago and to this day when she talks about it she still tears up and tells me what a wonderful day that was. anyway thats what I did good luck to you both and I wish you both love and happiness.

SEND HER ON A SCAVENGER HUNT....ATLEAST TEN CLUES AND PRESENTS (VARYING IN COST) make it a challenge with the end prize to be a party or special event/dinner. i think that would be great, she will more in tune with the thought process than the actual gifts/clues she finds.
