i had dry sex and im a worryier, help !?

basically
a week ago tonite me and my bf were in bed grinding with my pants and his pants on, i doubt im pregnant, but i cnt stop worring , its only been 21 days since my last period began

what shall i do?

1. buy a test

2. wait to see if period comes

3. stop worring

4. tell mum

Stop worrying, AND talk to your mom. I think she'd probably want to know that her daughter is so uneducated about how pregnancy occurs. She might want to have a little chat with you about how a baby is made. Dry humping with clothes on is NOT one of those ways.

If he came and made your pants wet enough that the fluid leaked right through, and made your clothes all sticky, right into your vagina - then you should worry. If none of his fluid got mixed with yours all the way inside your clothes, you are OK.

Suzanne Somers (from 3's Company, a LONG time ago) relates how she got pregnant this way. Of course, there was only her panties between them, and he was pushing hard enough - one thin layer of nylon won't stop any heavy squirting.

So really, I would say that unless it was some serious fluid exchange, you're safe. 4 layers of clothing is pretty safe.
I would suggest that:
(a) don't worry, odds are VERY good that you're safe unless your vagina was sticky from him (not from you).
(b) worrying - stress - might delay your period, causing more stress
(c) the BAD days are from day 9 to 15 (19, to be safe) so you're probably OK there too
(d) You'll know for sure in a week or so
(e) use precautions next time - but a word of warning, dry skin (not in vagina) will tear a condom quickly, so don't rely on that if you're not having intercourse. Get pills, or a diaphragm, or shots, or spermicidal cream in there, or something.
(f) If (EXTREMELY unlikely) you are pregnant, It's too late now and worrying won't help. All you can do is wait and see, and decide what to do when you are sure.

So yes it can happen but I really don't think so.

Meanwhile, treat this as a learning experience. Do it safer next time.

Tell mom? Only you know whether your mom will help you with birth control or just go ballistic on you.

Dear, if you guys were wearing clothes then you're fine, especially if you were wearing pants. You should however, work up the courage to talk to your mother and discuss birth control. Dry humping ultimately leads to real sex. So it's better to be safe than sorry. Good luck.
