On one side you maybe should ask him (fiance) maybe there is a reason for it that you may not know about, but he may not have even considered his friends feeling and then include him. Then again it is his best man and its his choice if you chose not to interfear with his choice.

This is between your fiancee and his best friend. Explain to your fiancee what your thoughts are and let him handle it himself. If he is doing this before you are married, how will he handle situations after you are married. Take a long hard look at your relationship and make some decisions. Will he do the same to you at some time in the future?

Stay out of it. You get to choose your bridal party, let him choose his side. Maybe you can let the groom know that YOU thought he'd pick the best friend. Maybe something happened between them that you didn't know about. Other than that, your fiancee will feel the reprecussions of his friends anger, and then wonder why he was so stupid. You can't always assume things. People change all the time. Maybe they are not just as close as they used to be. You should stay out of it and let the boys work it out on their own

What difference does it make?
It's up to your Fiancee to decide who he wants as a Best Man.

Theres nothing you can do. Unfortunally it is your fiancees decision, I would just suggest talking to you fiancee about it. Explain to him how would he feel if the situation was reversed. His poor best friend is going to be crushed. Explain. thats all you can do. and if he still decides not to go with the best friend. then let it be. Theres nothing more you can do.
Good luck with your marriage! =)

the best man is his choice.....after all, if this man is his best friend, then there must be a reason why he didnt pick him in the first place right? perhaps a reason you dont know?
i think you should perhaps just in casual conversation ask ure fiance why hes pick who he has, and see his reasons, but going pry or make him change his mind, as u may not know the full reasons behind his descision

I would first wonder why he doesn't want his best friend to be the best man. It's your wedding too. Say something, ask questions. Are there other motives for not using his best friend?

Well tell your fiance you know his other friend will be upset about this. I know you cant change who is best man now but maybe the other friend could be given some other important role at the wedding.
Difficult situation.
Good luck!

Just talk to him, and tell him how you feel and you think his BF is going to be really upset that he hasn't been included in anything. Start if saying something like I always thought you'd pick "Nick" to be your best man. Why not? And then go into telling him how hurt and upset he will be
Good Luck! :)

There must be another reason as to why your fiance' didnt pick his best friend to be his best man. Ask him to share the reason or you leave it alone and let him have his choice of Best Man.
