Absolutely!! I may be 44 yrs old but I am absolutely terrified of the dentist. As far back as I can remember I have been very afraid of the dentist. Even if it's just for a cleaning!

I am usually quite good about going to the dentist regularly....but occasionally I will get a reminder that it is time for a routine check-up and I will ignore it for a while. I don't like dentist appointments once I get there....but I try not to avoid them.

Yes. I have bad teeth even though I brush 2x a day and I always have a cavity. I'm also terrified of the dentist. I faint and go into a panic attack so I have to take an ambien or benadryl to self medicate and have someone drive me there. Not my idea of fun!

Dentist, whats one of those? If I could find a dentist that takes on new patients then I'd gladly go to see him

I used to go regularly til my dentist went private and charged £100 for one filling. Havent been able to find another NHS dentist in my area.
Luckily I have strong teeth and not many fillings.

oh yeah! I use to kind of like going but every since I had my wisdom teeth removed and got an infection from it and than had a bad allergic reaction to the antibiotics they gave me for the infection I HATE the dentist!

No. I figure if my mother can invest thousands of dollars in my teeth when I had braces, the least I can do is keep them up. I see my dentist every 9 months.
