Ok, eventually where will our lawas and legislation draw the line...all I see is a continuing pattern of laws trying to include and make everyone comfortable, and that's not what it's all about...when you have to make an entire state run right...you're not going to have everyone happy...and if you try to you're gong to screw up the entire thing trying...

This is ridiculous...

If it is true, I think it is BS. There are ways of protecting one groups rights, while not trampling on another's. However, I would have to read the legislation myself in order to draw a firm conclusion, as I don't believe anything reported by media outlets.

I think this is a wonderful idea and that the entire country needs to do the same thing. Universal health care is the most wonderful idea for our country. Arnold is one of the best republicans ever. Certainly the only one I'll ever like.

Even with laws against discrimination, the "conservative majority" still get away with persecuting anyone that has an alternative lifestyle. Considering the fact that there are a lot less people living an alternative lifestyle, it makes more sense that they should be the ones protected in this way, rather than the majority. Groups of homosexual or trans gendered kids won't be running around beating up the "little straight kid".
I think that "taking a note home to 'mom and dad' " is really insensitive, because schools don't always know the situation at home. What if a kid only has a mom, or only a dad, or two moms, or two dads. My kids will have two moms and a dad, since I'm poly. We need more people that advocate alternative lifestyles instead of pretending that being married to one person the rest of your life and secretly cheating on them because your not happy with them anymore should be the societal norm.

I don't like conservatives~ things change, people change. There is nothing wrong with that.

I'm convinced that California is run by people who are brain-dead. And not just Arnold. And not just the Republicans. And not just the Democrats. I'm sure there are good people in California, but they're becoming increasingly more difficult to find, and apparently none of them are being elected to public office. Probably the worst part of this is that California seems to think they are the conscience of the nation and will want to see the rest of the country follow their idiotic lead. Since they're allowing the boys to go into the girls' locker room, why don't they just have one big locker room and label it "School Brothel" to be accurate. Thank God I don't live in California. If I did, I'd have to move.

The terminator must have lost his mind. He's probably just trying to support another republican, Larry Craig.
