pee, take the dog out to pee, put on the coffee pot, turn on the news, have peace and quiet for a few minutes before the rest of the household gets up.....

i wake up, turn my hair straightner on, pee, take a shower, brush teeth, blow dry hair, get dressed, straighten hair, put on make up/ jewelery etc...then I'm ready for the day!
