Any bookstores in Toronto area that sell second hand foreign language books?

I have a number of French and German books that I wish to sell.

Try donating to the Toronto Public Library or a Univ or School library....
Best bet - if its tech then just find if theres an engg college in that discipline in TO and call them about it....
