Male sterilization is called a vasectomy. It is a procedure that can be done in a doctor's office. The doctor will make a small incision or two in the scrotum. Then the doctor will cut the vas defrens tube and remove a small piece. The two ends are then sewn or cauterized so they will not grow back together. The small incision is then sewn up and the same procedure is done on the other scrotum. "Sperm are produced in a man's testis and stored in an adjacent structure known as the epididymis. During sexual climax, the sperm move from the epididymis through the vas deferens and mix with other components of semen to form the fluid that is ejaculated (ejaculate)". A vasectomy prevents the sperm from moving from the epidiymis. My husband had a vasectomy after we surprisingly conceived when I had been taking birth control pills fo 11 years. Our other children were 18, 15, and 12 when our little surprise joined the family.

You go to the doctor and ask for a vasectomy then the doctor will refer you up to the hospital where you will have a consultation appointment and then you get a date set to go to the hospital for a vasectomy operation where they just snip away a part of the tubes that produces sperm.

The way you worded that.......are you an alien or some other species?
Guys have to go to the doctor to get a vasectomy. You can't do it yourself, if that is what you are thinking.
