Did anybody see that CNN report. I can't remember his name but he studies genetics and said that caucasians and asians were geneticly smarter than African's. They suspended him after he publicly apologized and said that what he first said was not true. He may lose the Nobel Prize for his works in genetics won before this statement. I don't remeber his name he would not return calls just issued a public statement. A black proffesor of genetics stated this is completely untrue and
any seperation is caused by social condintioning and environmental reasons. I can't remember this jerks name. Who
is he and do you believe it? I think this nut has Alzheimers.

Watson, who claims to have discovered DNA but couldn't have done crap without Rosalind Franklin. Crick is pretty easy going though, he's nothing like his whackjob colleague.

He's a liar, a cheat and frankly, a moron.

all he is doing is taking the current conditions in africa and black america and is giving a rationale observation of what he thinks about races. I'm sure a lot of people on earth have the same observation of black people because of what they read about africa and black america.

to wonder if they were more inclined to think like whites would they be in the situation they are in now giving the same circumstances they faced into their current state, is understandable.

Perfomances in areas like sports or music cannot be manipulated because the results are seen and analysed by all the spectators on the spot. Perfomances in other areas normally happen behind closed doors and people who would like to manipulate these to suit their agendas are going to do so.

I don't know who he is and I don't particularly care but I will tell you this much... Most people in the WN (White Nationalist) movement often claim that asians are the smartest humans followed by whites, hispanics and blacks. They claim it to be science fact based on studies.

Whether any of it is accurate or not I don't know but, if white nationalists are so racist then I don't see why they would admit that any other race of people were geneticly superior to them on any level what so ever.

Kind of makes you wonder, doesn't it?

Dr Wastson, I think. I also read that his earlier work either helped show that this was not true or that was started to show that all humans were the same.

We need to remember the era that he, and others of his generation, grew up in as it was strongly racial. My grandmother still makes the occasional "racial" comment but would not vote for racial discrimination.

I'm not trying to excuse this guy, just trying to understand where he might be coming from. This, by the way, is why science uses peer reviews and has one scientist's work repeated and validated by others.

Well, since we can't dispute the science, we may as well impune his character and try to sustain our delusion.

That's what MLK taught us... right?

The irony is that Dr. Watson has pre-emptively addressed this very issue of emotion precluding evidence in his writing.
