My one hard drive keeps shutting off and i have one Sata hard drive which is 150GB which is partitioned into two partitions then one SCSI 30GB, then one "SCSI hard drive = 74.5 GB = the one that is shutting off" and hasn't done that since about 1 week ago. Could it be the jumper settings? Which has no jumpers on them. So plz reply ASAP. Thanks in advanced.

I Can't destroy the partitions b/c the 150GB sata has 30Gb partition that has xp then the 120GB partition has alot of files on it. The 18.5GB hard drive has vista on it. The 74.5GB hard drive also has alot of files on it.

probability is you have a dying no longer easycontinual. If it relatively is been used in the previous for years, reformatted and reinstalled persistently, that's dying a sluggish dying. Your suitable guess honestly may be to take a place in a externalcontinual and moving all your guidance onto it as a exchange. I had to try this those days and characteristic had 0 problems considering that. another factor you need to attempt is uninstalling the HDD and putting it in the freezer for roughly ten minutes, then reinstalling it. solid success.

Destroy the partitions. You don't need more than one!
Just create one and re install the operating system!!
