I have both my testicles and everything works fine however Ive noticed my left one is a lot smaller than the right. Easily half the size of the right one and I notice whenever Ive had blue balls (not literally blue the thing you get from to much hard on) I notice only my right testicle hurts but the left doesnt. I was born with one testicle because the other was stuck so they had to opperate for the other to come down so I was wondering if this has something to do with the situation. Should I see a doctor about this or is it nothing to fuss about. I no its normal for one ball to be bigger than the other but there is a significant difference between the two.

Diagnosing this kind of problem is impossible via the internet. You need to simply go see your kindly doctor for an exam. It may be a hydrocele, a cyst, or a varicocele- all can be taken care of easily enough. It may also be nothing serious at all, or it may be something needing attention now. Without being able to examine the area, nobody can tell you anything with any certainty. While it's not any kind of life threatening emergency, it isn't something to put off for a long time either. The easiest way to put your mind at ease is to simply go see the doctor and get the professional assessment.

If you're worried, see your doctor. That's what I did when I thought I detected a lump in my testicle. He sent me to have a sonogram and it turned out to be nothing. No more worry.

See a urologist. They will have a simple solution for your questions.
