What wireless router are you using? Some have wireless isolate feature which keeps wifi users from connecting to lan ethernet computers. (Buffalo and many newer ones have this feature for security reasons or to provide "hot spots".) So what router, how is it configured, does it have wireless isolation? If it does turn off that feature!

Check the each machine as the exception for file and printer sharing open in the firewall. You need to set at least one folder or printer as shared on any machine before it can be viewed in the network browser. Go to each machine's tcp/ip properies and click advanced, then the wins tab. Set always use netbios over tcp/ip, and turn off use lmhosts. Netbios is essential to non-server controlled browsing, it defaults to turning off when it sees a server. Unfortunately it recognizes any router etc with a dhcp service running as a server and turns off. Microsoft logic.

Check the following
1. Recheck the basics
Is the work group the same for all the computers?
Can you ping each computer on the network from another machine?
Can you ping the router from each machine?

Then check

2. In the properties for the wireless connection for each machine, check the File and Print sharing for MS Windows - Make sure it is checked and enabled
3. Make sure that a shared folder is enabled on each computer in the network

You should be good to go

Make a work group setup disk to make sure you didn't make any simple mistakes. Set it up on one PC through the network setup wizard and actually make the network disk. Also if your talking about sending files through to each other you need to right click on specific folders and set them up to be shared, and if need be edited by other PC's. Depending on your router you may need to access it to tell it to allow that kind of stuff to occur.

repeatedly you have to reset the router. Check to peer if you're recieving knowledge(packets) and sending them additionally by way of adapter. If you arent recieving data. Id advocate unplugging the modem and router and resetting it.
