If England win the world cup tonight is there going to be a victory parade like there was in 2003. If so when is it scheduled for?

I think they should get a parade whatever happens. They have shown so much determination, they aren't the most skilled team, but the heart they have shown and the way they have used the most of what they have, definitely, have a parade.

I believe that the police and authorities are planning something. I think something like that has to be planned in advance due to the security and travel arrangements.

There should be one already organised. They have already achieved far more than anyone expected, even the most ardent of England fans. There should also be a public lynching of all tabloid press know-nothings. Anybody want a good laugh before the game? Look at some of the tabloid press sports pages from 3 - 5 weeks ago. Even the Jonah (never won anything but I was really good.) Lomu blog is pretty funny. The boys have already done really well for England and should be welcomed home as heroes, win or lose.

Watch this space! I was at the 2003 parade at the front of Trafalgar Square and it was a cold wait, byt well worth it to see the Heroes return!!
Advice would be, wrap up very warm and get there for between 8 and 9am before the masses do.

You dont schedule things like that. The game isnt won or lost until tonight. To schedule a victory parade before the game is a stupid, arrogant fate tempting thing to do. I hear the Aussies had to cancel theirs!! Hehe

don't you have to win it in order to have a victory parade. or are England just gonna have one anyway, for the fun of it.

the police have already begun planning for "some kind of" parade along the streets of the west end tomorrow, no time has been given though, it'll probably be around 3pm.
