that is so annoying.you could do several things.
1.approach your neighbor ,tell them you hear them having sex all the time
2.bang your headboard back.
3.hang speakers on the wall and blast music that will drown out the noise.
4.move your bed to another room
5.move out of the building
6.put an annonamous note on their door from the sex police and put in it that they are in violation of the PIECE ordinance.
