Well, why can't I remember my dreams? I have a good memory most of the time. Some of my friends with horrible memories announce their dreams from the night before everyday. I really wish I could remember my dreams. Is there anything I can do which may help?

You just don't remember what you dream about which could be a good thing. Nothing is bothering you enough that your dreams wake you.

I don't have dreams and if I do it's either I don't remember them or my dreams are black

You do. You just don't remember them. Every living thing on the planet dreams when asleep. Generally we only remember the dreams when we wake up during one or if something triggers our memory later in the day. Keep a notebook by your bed and write down any dreams you wake up during the night and you will recall more of them in the morning. But keep in mind, EVERYONE dreams. The mind is NEVER comatose.

you do have dreams, it's just you don't remember them. B/c sometime between deep sleep and waking up you forget them or try not to remember them.

I agree with The King. You probably just don't remember them. But I've also heard that you only dream when you are in a deep sleep. Soo maybe you're a light sleeper?

Everyone has dreams when asleep, you just don't remember them-if you didn't dream, you'd die. (I heard that all through school when asking several teachers).
