And how do you deal with it?

I haven't been spending a lot of time on here lately and all of my beautiful friends know why....

But I used to be on here so much before and of course he didn't mind because he was at work, or watching a football game, or running errands.

See I used to come onto Y!A only when he was busy, at work or asleep so it has never really cut into my time with him.

You know what there was this time when I was having "fun" with all my friends on here that he asked out of curiosity what it is I do on here and who all the different people were.

I let him know that some of them were my very good friends and at that moment we were just goofing around but that usually we are on line making each other laugh, answering questions for others as well as our friends questions and being there to lift each other up when we've been kicked down.

My husband even knowing that was truly surprised when all of my Y!A friends posted so many beautiful comments for his nephew. He was and is so grateful for all my friends as it is helping us through a rough part of our lives.

I think once we get through this my husband is going to have a different view of my being on here with my friends just because he got to share in the awesomeness of you all.

Right now, my "better half" is a pet dove. He does not like anything that makes me spend less time with him. When on Y!A, I deal with it by letting him run around my desk as I type or put him on my shoulder. This helps, but does not solve the problem.

Sometimes. I'm in our home office and he has no idea what I am doing. He knows all about Yahoo Q&A, I've showed him and everything. He is allergic to computers or so he says. He's fine with it until he feels I am neglecting him or something he thinks should be done. Funny thing is he doesn't tell me what to do, we are a team. When he gets pissy I know he's just begging for attention. I'll usually oblige.

After my darling husband threw my first computer out the window (not traumatic, ancient PC) I made him buy me a brand new one with the agreement that I will only log on when he goes to sleep. He doesn't understand computers one bit, and all his friends have internet just to look up porn sites and chat with questionable people. Now, after spending one night with me on R&S he got so bored he fell asleep in his chair. Thank God I'm no girly Man or Leonidus showed up...

I have no better half. My lesser third, on the other hand, seems to be ignorant of my Yahoo!ing, since she's spending all of her time tweezing her leg hairs one-by-one.

Yes, sometimes...esp. if I'm on longer than his t.v. shows. However, he also knows that if he came up & whispered in my ear an idea of sharing time, I'm all for shutting down the machinery. LOL

No he is an early riser so goes to bed early. But he probably wouldn't like it if he was awake and I was on here.
