Chris Brown is a much better dancer than Usher.

I think it is Usher because he is on such another level than Chris Brown. Usher is better at moves by MJ and James Brown, and Chris Brown is better at the new moves. But these guys are on different age levels. Usher is 29 and Chris Brown is 17 or 18. They got 11 years on eachother. Chris Brown I think is not there yet, but he is making his way to being as good as Usher or better. Of course, eventually he will, with Usher getting older and all.
